Privacy Policy

Updated January 27, 2021

Privacy comes first and foremost at Raffskie. This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to any data that we have collected, or collect, about and/or from you, according to our Terms of Use.

First, we have a few fundamental principles at Raffskie:

  • We won't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it to provide our services.
  • We won't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop new products, provide our services, or protect our rights.
  • We don't enter you or charge your credit card for any unsuccessful backer campaigns. They're all-or-nothing!
  • We don't store personal information on our servers unless it's required by law or for the on-going operation of one of our services.

About Us

Raffskie ("we," "us," "our,") is an online Crowdsourcing and Groupsourcing platform (the "Service") focused on providing Contests and Giveaways that lower an individual's Health and Leisure expenses. (the "Service") offered through the URL raffskie.com (we'll refer to it as the "Website") allows individuals and businesses to, among other things, participate, enter, back, sponsor, refer, advertise, create, send, and manage certain contests/giveaways and marketing campaigns, including, without limitation, emails, advertisements, and mailings (each a "Campaign," and collectively, "Campaigns"). There are Live Campaigns and Backer Campaigns. Live Campaigns are actual Live Contests and Giveaways. Backer Campaigns are NOT Live Contests or Giveaways yet. As is the case with some other well established and larger platforms, Raffskie's Backer Campaigns are all or nothing. No one will be entered or charged for a pledge towards a Backer Campaign unless it reaches the minimum requirement to go Live. By setting a minimum number of Backers, Raffskie can effectively determine which Campaigns people are interested in. raffskie.com is owned and operated by the R.Y.D.M. Company and has employees, independent contractors, suppliers, partners and representatives ("our Team"). As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that's a customer of the Service, you're either a Sponsor, Affiliate, Advertiser, Contact, Subscriber, Visitor, Backer or an Entrant according to this Agreement (or "you").

We also provide other related services, such as data analytics.
